Dear All,

We are changing our meeting venue to the home of Margaret and Melvin Mackey—Richard and I are having our decks re-built and it will be noisy.

The agenda items include:

• Discuss our work in the Strawberry Festival Parade
• Resolve costs involved to produce our various vignettes (Count Bleed Ya-Dry and the Syringe skit) and relationship to Backbone
• Plan appointments to lobby our national legislators (should be done the month of August during recess)
• August 12th 34th District Democrats Meeting RE: Health Care—Single Payer Vashon’s presence and role
• Follow Up and ongoing work
